'I can have a better relationship with Caitlyn than she can with Bruce': Esther Jenner shared her recent feelings about her new relationship with her transgender child Caitlyn Jenner in an extended interview for Vanity Fair

At the time of the Vanity Fair interview, Caitlyn and Esther had not met in person, only communicating over the phone.

''We've talked on the phone, she is coming down,' Caitlyn said.

'I'm sending a plane to go pick her up and my sister, because she's 89-years-old and cannot get on the airlines, but she has to come down and we have to do this.'

The Olympic decathlete has previously shared her difficulties with overspending and lack of financial responsibility, even discussing the matter with stepdaughter Kim in a season 10 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

'Bruce, he would never send a plane, What a jerk the guy was,' Caitlyn continued.
